FATIGUE

I slept. And I am still empty.

The tests are fine, the haemoglobin is fine, the thyroid is fine. And you budget every movement of the day, because the strength simply is not there.

Does this sound familiar?

What it looks like day to day.

If you recognise three or more, it is worth looking not at each complaint separately, but at the system that connects them.

  • 01The tests show no cause
  • 02Sleep does not restore, however long you sleep
  • 03Effort in the morning is paid for in the afternoon or the next day
  • 04The mind is in fog — words, names, concentration
  • 05Standing up sometimes makes you dizzy
What is actually happening

The complaint is on the surface. The control sits deeper.

Energy is not only fuel. It is also distribution: how much blood goes where, how fast the heart answers standing up, when the body switches to recovery. That distribution is governed autonomically.

When the regulation is disturbed — after an infection, after prolonged stress, after surgery — the body spends more for the same. That is why the fatigue remains even though every single value in the blood count is normal.

Where NESA comes in

NESA works on that regulation. It does not add energy and is not a stimulant: it supports the system that decides when the body recovers and how efficiently it does so.

How it works

We force nothing. We speak the language the body already uses.

NESA XSIGNAL® is a certified medical device for non-invasive neuromodulation of the autonomic nervous system.

01

Your body runs on electricity

The autonomic nervous system — the one that governs sleep, alertness, bladder and digestion — works at very low frequencies: between 1 and 14 cycles per second.

02

NESA speaks in the same window

Microcurrents in that same frequency range, delivered through gloves and ankle cuffs while you lie down or sit in a chair. No needles, no medication, no preparation.

03

The fact that you cannot feel it is why it works

The signal sits below the threshold of sensation. Because it does not trigger the body’s defences, the nervous system does not habituate to it, and the signal can accompany it session after session.

04

The practitioner’s hands stay free

The session runs alongside another therapy — physiotherapy, conversation, rehabilitation. Not a separate appointment, but a layer over the treatment already under way.

What to expect

When would I notice anything?

It depends on one thing: how long the regulation has been disturbed. We say so up front, so you know what to expect — and so you do not stop after the third session because nothing has happened yet.

SESSION 6–8

The first changes are usually felt here — most often in sleep and in recovery.

SESSION 10–30

The more substantial change comes in this range, at a steady rhythm of two sessions a week.

BLOCKS OF 10

With a chronic profile the work is done in blocks. After each block, a fresh assessment with objective measures, not by feel alone.

A guiding framework from practice, not a promise of results. The exact schedule is set by the practitioner delivering the treatment.

What the science says

The figures come from the manufacturer — with the source.

NESA is used in clinics and hospitals across 53 countries and is the subject of more than 20 peer-reviewed publications. The manufacturer publishes the results together with the journal and PMID of each study — so anyone can check the source themselves instead of relying on a retelling.

Common questions

Short answers, no hedging.

Does my fatigue have a physical cause at all?

Normal tests do not mean there is none. They mean the cause is not where it is usually looked for. Autonomic regulation is rarely measured routinely.

Will NESA give me energy?

Not directly. It is not a stimulant. It works on recovery — and energy is its consequence.

Do I need to be examined first?

Yes. Before autonomic regulation is discussed, the causes that are treated differently have to be excluded. That is your doctor’s work.

How many sessions?

First changes usually between the sixth and eighth session, more substantial ones between the tenth and thirtieth. With a chronic profile the work runs in blocks of ten with a reassessment after each.

Other complaints

It rarely comes alone.

Complaints of the autonomic nervous system rarely arrive on their own. If you recognise another one here, that is most likely not a coincidence.

Complaint

Sleep

The bedroom ceiling. Again.

Complaint

Dysautonomia

When the autopilot goes out of tune.

Complaint

Stress and anxiety

The body will not lift its foot off the pedal.
