1. Provider identification

This website (jsevro.bg) is operated by J.S.EVRO Bulgaria EOOD, Sofia. The details above are provided in accordance with Art. 4 of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act and Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The company is a distributor of medical devices and medical simulation systems. The competent supervisory authority for medical devices in Bulgaria is the Bulgarian Drug Agency (BDA), 8 Damyan Gruev Str., Sofia.

2. Data controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is J.S.EVRO Bulgaria EOOD, 64 Gen. Gurko Str., 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. For any question about personal data, write to sofia@jsevro.bg.

3. What data we process and why

Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we process the details you enter: name, institution, business e-mail, phone, area of interest and message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent given via the checkbox under the form). You may withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail.

Server logs. On every visit the hosting provider records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). They serve the security and stability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted according to the provider’s policy, at the latest after 30 days.

No cookies, no tracking. The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no Google Analytics or similar services. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.

4. Recipients of the data

Hosting: JetHost (jethost.bg), Bulgaria; servers are located in the EU.

Contact form: messages are transmitted through the Web3Forms service and delivered to our business mailbox. This may involve a transfer to a third country, based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.

5. Retention period

Enquiries are kept as long as necessary to handle them and no longer than 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a contractual relationship arises, in which case statutory retention periods apply (Bulgarian Accountancy Act: 10 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to sofia@jsevro.bg.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg, or the authority of your habitual residence.
